Before…

...and After!

This closet is where this client’s husband keeps his work clothes, and needed to be more accessible.  The clutter in the closet was sorted.  Much of it was donated or sorted and moved behind the screen with the other storage boxes.

The exercise equipment is not visible in this “After” photo, but was moved to the left of the closet so that the closet is fully accessible.  Although the area to the left of the closet seems to be very small, the equipment fits there and is functional in that space.

Before…

...and After!

Another problem area in this apartment was the linen closet, which was serving as a “catch all” closet.  We sorted through the items in the closet.  We decided how many items of each type were needed, and eliminated the excess.  For example, she owned many sets of sheets, but there is only one bed in the apartment.  She decided that she needed two normal sets of sheets and one winter set for this bed, and needed one set of sheets for the air mattress that they use when they occasionally have guests.
